Our guest speaker is Angela Saville - Award winning Angela has worked within education and the fitness industry for over 11 years as a physical education teacher & fitness professional. Angela founded Savvy Fitness in 2006 & has since gone on to direct a very successful company employing 3 operations staff and over 20 personal trainers. Angela has broadened her business interests to partner in additional companies such as Savvy Fitness South, Anytime Fitness & the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers. Much of Angela's time is now spent on mentoring & business development but Angela remains dedicated to doing what she is passionate about - inspiring positive change. Teaching people to be SAVVY & positively influencing people to lead healthy & active lifestyles.
Over the last 2 years Angela has been awarded the 2009 IWIB Illawarra Young Business Woman of the Year, 2009 Integral Energy Illawarra Young Business Person of the Year, 2010 IWIB Illawarra Business Woman of the Year, 2011 Illawarra Young Business Person of the Year, 2011 Educator of the Year (Australian Institute of Personal Trainer).

Lunch Information
Illawarra Women in Business meet for lunch on a Friday, every 6 weeks. The informal lunches are a great opportunity to meet and interact with other like-minded business women and listen to an impressive line up of speakers, with the opportunity for subscribers to promote their products and services - all over an enjoyable and relaxed lunch at the Lagoon Restaurant.
Meeting start time
Please note on our meeting day - arrival time at the meeting is 12noon. We need everyone to arrive at 12noon in order to hand out name badges and receipts. ALSO arriving at 12noon not only gives you more time for open networking in the Lounge Bar at the Lagoon - it also allows us to start the meeting on time and to help you get back to work on time after the meeting.
No Advertising or promotional materials on tables at meetings thanks
One of the benefits of being a subsciber of IWIB is to be able to place your business cards, brochures, flyers, advertising and promotional products (pens etc) in the "Mercury bag" left on the chairs at each meeting. NO advertising materials or promotional products are to be left on the tables at the meetings - they must be placed in the MERCURY BAGS before the start of the meeting. Please arrive early in order to do this.
Open Networking from 12 noon to 12.30
When you arrive at the IWIB Lunch Time event - after you collect your name badge - if you are a subscriber you can go into the meeting room and set up your display banner and put any promotional items etc inside the Mercury Bags on each chair in the meeting room.
Once you have done that - we ask you to leave the meeting room and make your way to the Lounge Bar to join the OPEN NETWORKING. This is the part of the meeting where you should be introducing yourself to people you dont know and would like to get to know better! It is a great idea at this time to make arrangements to sit with one of your new acquaintences at the table for the duration of the event!!
