Book an Expo / Trade Table at the IWIB Conference & Expo Day 2016!

Tressle tables are about 1.5mtrs long but only about 30cm wide (quite narrow).

You will need to supply your own table cloth/covering - we only supply the table.

At our normal IWIB Business Networking Lunch events there is no charge for our subscribers to set up a trade/display table.

However as the IWIB Conference & Expo Day is raising funds for Highlights on Mental Health (local not for profit)  – we charge a moderate fee for Expo Trade Tables at this event.

Business Networking Lunch event - start time

Please note our IWIB Business Networking Lunch event arrival time is 12noon. We need everyone to arrive at 12noon in order to hand out name badges. ALSO arriving at 12noon not only gives you more time for open networking - it also allows us to start the event on time and to help you get back to work on time after the event.

No Advertising or promotional materials on tables at meetings thanks

One of the benefits of being a subsciber of IWIB is to be able to place your business cards, brochures, flyers, advertising and promotional products (pens etc) in the "Mercury bag" left on the chairs at IWIB events. NO advertising materials or promotional products are to be left on the tables at IWIB events - they must be placed in the MERCURY BAGS before the start of the event. Please arrive early in order to do this.

Ticket Refunds & Exchanges once booked

Tickets to IWIB Events are non-refundable, however you may transfer your ticket to another date, with over 48hrs cancellation notice (we have to give final numbers & pay the venue by that time).  Please email events@iwib.com.au to arrange cancellation and transfer of your ticket to another event.
