IWIB Directors Profiles

Glenda Papac (from Tony Papac & Associates, Lawyers & Conveyancers) and Delyse Del Turco (from Better Business Accounting) directors of IWIB, have successfully grown Illawarra Women in Business (IWIB) and are providing the Illawarra with a networking forum of women from varied businesses.

Glenda and Delyse work successfully together in IWIB and also their individual businesses. Both women have different business backgrounds and combining these two diverse talents have proven to be the key to the success of IWIB.

Glenda’s talents are in marketing and events management and Delyse is in the area of financial (Delyse being a partner in Better Business Accounting).

Glenda & Delyse believe in keeping the IWIB network meetings relaxed, informal and friendly. This in turn attracts women from all areas of business – everything from the home based sole trader to corporate.

Since Glenda & Delyse took over IWIB, they have given Illawarra Women in Business a new name (IWIB), new look and new image! They have implemented many worthwhile incentives for women to join IWIB and support women promoting themselves at meetings, events and through the eNewsletter.

Both Glenda & Delyse are outstanding role models for women in the Illawarra and women in business. Both women are mentors to a number of women and particularly younger women in business in the Illawarra.

Both women are highly respected members of the Illawarra business community. The number of sponsors wanting to support IWIB and advertise on the web page show the Illawarra business community has confidence in IWIB, Glenda & Delyse.

The main objective of IWIB is to provide women with a networking forum to strengthen their individual networks, which in turn develops a strong network of business and personal contacts.

IWIB is an energetic business networking group that is dedicated to women helping women!
