Hi my name is Kellie Granger and I am passionate about teaching and talking with young adults and how they can overcome any obstacle and discover who they really are. As a young adult (the age for a young adult does vary the standard is 15-29) inspiring your spirit will help you to see that life truly is what we create it to be.......

I know that when you are depressed the last thing you want to hear from anyone is, 'Just be positive'. When you are feeling that low, the word positive can taste like poison in your throat and the fact that if it were that simple for you, you would be positive already, right!
