Please read these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms‘) carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of Services, immediately.
1.Subscription to use the Services
(a) In order to join IWIB Pty Ltd, you must first purchase a subscription through the Website (the ‘Subscription‘) and pay the applicable fee for the selected Subscription (the ‘Subscription Fee‘).
(b) In purchasing the Subscription, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that the Subscription you elect to purchase is suitable for your use.
(c) As part of the registration process, or as part of your continued use of the Services, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself (such as identification or contact details), including:
(i) Email address
(ii) Mailing address
(iii) Telephone number
(d) You warrant that any information you give to IWIB Pty Ltd in the course of completing the registration process will always be accurate, correct and up to date.
2. Subscription Fees
(a) Subscription fees vary depending on the level and Subscription selected — this may include Individual Subscription or Corporate Subscription
(b) Both levels of Subscription run for a period of 12 months when IWIB Pty Ltd will invoice the Subscriber to renew for another 12 month period or the Subscriber may wish to cancel.
(c) Payment is required at the time of registration when the 12 month subscription will commence.
3. Your obligations as a Subscriber
(a) you will not use the Services or the Website in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by the management of IWIB Pty Ltd;
(b) you will not use the Services or Website for any illegal and/or unauthorised use which includes collecting email addresses of other Subscribers by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorised framing of or linking to the Website;
(c) you will not use the Services or the Website in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by the management of IWIB Pty Ltd;
(d) you agree that commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from the Website without notice and may result in termination of the Services. Appropriate legal action will be taken by IWIB Pty Ltd for any illegal or unauthorised use of the Website; and you acknowledge and agree that any automated use of the Website or its Services is prohibited.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by emailing events@iwib.com.au
5. No Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes circumstances such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with benefits, changes to subscription structure, or non-usage of services.
6. Termination by IWIB Pty Ltd
IWIB Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription, without refund, for breach of community guidelines, disrespectful conduct, or any behaviour deemed harmful or disruptive to IWIB Pty Ltd or the Illawarra community.
7. Communications
Joining IWIB Pty Ltd as an IWIB Subscriber you agree to receive relevant communications, including emails about your subscription, event invitations and community updates.
8. Privacy
IWIB Pty Ltd respect your privacy and any information provided through your use of the Website and/or Services are subject to IWIB Pty Ltd’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the this Website.
9. Updates to Terms
Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
