As a future-focused leadership consultant, Nicki Bowman has had years of experience mastering her craft, working across multiple industries including mining, finance and manufacturing.  She’s held senior leadership roles in blue chip companies like BHP and BlueScope Steel, as well as Board seats on ASX listed companies.  As a trailblazer and very often the first and only woman in the room, she’s often been ahead of the curve and in challenging environments – so she also understands how powerful the need is for everyone in a workplace to feel safe.

Nicki’s goal is to empowers leaders with the tools to anchor teams in times of rapid change – and form the basis to realize their limitless potential.
